What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment helps us get to know you and your pet. During this visit, we will:

• Perform a complete nose-to-tail physical exam
• Discuss your pet’s lifestyle, medical history, nutrition, and preventive care
• Review vaccination needs, parasite prevention, and diagnostic recommendations
• Answer your questions and create a personalized care plan

Please bring:

• Any previous veterinary records or vaccination history
• A list of your pet’s current medications or supplements
• A fresh stool sample if your pet is due for a fecal test

Arriving a few minutes early will make check-in easier and help your pet feel more relaxed.

We want your experience to be straightforward and stress-free:

• We accept major credit cards and cash. Please ask us about available financing options if needed.
• Written estimates are always available upon request.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Transferring Medical Records

If your pet has been seen by another veterinarian, please have their records sent to us before your first visit. This helps us provide the best care possible.
