I am originally from Reno, Nevada and moved to the PNW for more rain and greenery about 12 years ago. I've lived in many places, but this area has been my favorite so far with all of its bountiful offerings, aside from maybe parts of Scandinavia ;). Growing up with huskies, I've always had a big love for dogs, and after many years in Portland grew to appreciate and love cats too.

I love working at TRAH because I get to be part of a great team of individuals who care deeply about their work and all of the animals we get to see. My favorite part of this job is getting to provide all of the skritches to purring cats and tail-wagging doggos. I also love getting to help animals feel better, even when they don't understand it.

When I'm not at work, I can most likely be found pedaling some type of bike. I love to ride on all kinds of dirt and am lucky enough to be a certified mountain bike skills coach.
